My hair is a new color for the 1st time ever.

Portfolio Portraits

I need to get more portraits out there so I took out my younger brother (as I do a lot when I need photos for anything) and his kid Jewels.

It begins with the rock formation...There was this plastic rock thing and I had Jonathan climb up and I got a few good shots (or so I think).


This was doctored in photoshop with blacken him up a more to make it more like a silowet (I can't spell)



I blocked the sun with his head since the prior photo needed to be doctored due the sun flair. I liked it a bit and so did he.


Besides his hand being cut out of the shot I really liked it.

When he got up to the top I just kinda started sitting around and talking to Jewels cuz she was trying to go over to the swings and he wanted to keep her close.

Him climbing up, but I liked the way it showed his muscles (body)

JEWELS TIME

This was a pure luck shot, but I LOVE it. She was having soooo much fun on the swings.

This was on the bottom of the rock formation and she was playing a stint of peak-a-boo. She's too cute.

Again too cute, when she pokes her head through a hole in the tunnel in the playground.

In the garden Jonathan was playing with Jewels over the rocks.

Over by the waterfall.

I just loved the angle of this photo.

Wine and Roses

So I went out the other day to my brother's work and took pictures of many flowers. It's a place were tons a weddings take place.


Although this is a bit blurry all over I think it's my favorite of the day.

These are called something with the word "Bird" and I thought this one in particular really looked much like a bird.



I just loved out the light was hitting the pinkish leaves here.

I took three shots of this bunch of flowers. One where the red flowers were in focus, another with the pink in focus and lastly the white and I think it worked out the best.

I couldn't stop taking pictures of these flowers. There were purple and white ones. This was as close as I got and I just loved seeing the angles with the fur on the inside.

Again the fur being seen on the flowers.

I really love taking pictures of flowers. The different angles one can get.

Wedding photos

I wanted to get some of my favorite wedding photos I've done as a reference on here. So these are from various wedding I've been do and some that I shot professionally. There is one other wedding I went to in 2007 that I used another persons camera (the father of the bride) and I still haven't gotten copies back. So once I get a hold of those I'm sure I'll have more to add.

There are quite a few so I'm just going to post them as the little clickable photos through photobucket.

April flowers

This is my fave of the day.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the lighting on this flower.

I'm a little mad right now. I thought I could add more than five photos through the blog, but it's not letting me today.
