Welcome, welcome, welcome. Malia Cash-Taylor welcomes the group to a bit of a different setting since the Waterfront hotel also had another event, which took up most of the rooms and the lobby.
Malia is the co-lead ambassador with Annie Lee (not pictured).
Here are some of the Stockton ambassadors:
Jerame
Ella
Daloris
Ariel
And now for our speaker of the day: Mario Vazquez.
Here are the notes from fellow Successful Thinker member Sandie Gilbert, who is an independent consultant with Mary Kay and co-owner of G & G Blooms.
Attitude
Attitude is contagious. We need to exude positive attitude. You need to convince yourself that your product is the best!
Nothing we do is really new. There are others who want to do what we want so we need to do the extra mile that will move traffic toward you. Never give up, think outside the box, study people, work hard.
If you're lost you have to know where you are - know your landscape, get to the high ground.
Have the confidence to know when something is not a best fit and feel comfortable to refer a client to another successful thinker who can serve them better. If I help somebody else it's going to come back to us tenfold.
There is no I in team so expand your network to get others' thoughts and input to help your attitude and grow your business. Develop a vision and a mission with your network.
Entrepreneurs need to work hard then reward yourself so you don't burn out and fizzle.
Don't waste time on negativity such as the news, negative music, etc.
Take calculated risks to move your business forward. Gather all the tools you can use to advance in your life. You can't just sit back and hide. Business will not get ahead if you don't take an educated chance and develop a plan.
As always towards the end of the meeting members of the group discuss the the nine steps to being successful and how to preform the one-on-ones.
Grace also spoke about another book by T Harv Eker.
